       Artificial Sand Making Process

　　How the stone crushers works in the artificial sand making processing line

　　The stone materials such as limestone , gravel, slate, granite and so on is transferred to jaw crusher for the process of primary crushing through vibrating feeder.and then ,the crushed stone materials will be larger than 40 mm are transferred to sand making crusher – vsi crusher through belt conveyor system for the step of secondary crushing. The materials crushed will be transferred to the vibrating screen. The materials with suitable size will be transferred to vsi crusher, after being washed by sand washers.

　　Then clean final products will be discharged. Whilst with unsuitable size are going to be screened from vibrating screen, then will probably be transferred to the vsi crusher, this forms a closed circuit manifold cycles. Sizes of final products are going to be according to our customers’ requirements. If it’s the dry process, the classifier and deduster will likely be attached in accordance with you requirement.
